show+allow packaged ships to be placed in either ship hangar or personal hangar

cant tell you how many times i ctrl+a drag a ship hold into my personal hangar and cant find the ships i had in my hold.


yeah i know its a little thing, and the flamers will flame for sure, but you have corrected little things before on many occasions, so imna say it anyways.
