Stay on topic? You made the topic, mate. The goons are in the heading of the topic. This is the topic - if you want them off the moons, you take them off the moons. It's not up to CCP to play the game for you. That's what makes the game great. Getting CCP to make it easy for us would not make it better.

No i have nothing to Goons. Goons are in topic cos game is unbalanced. let try to find a way to make game better balanced. Be constructive BRO. "Undock and kill all goons" is 6 yrs old comment and you know that

It's not so much a matter of game balance. Goons sit on those tech moons because they are much better at metagaming / politics than most of the other player groups in this game.

Goons are likely to adapt to any changes to game mechanics.

Remove standings and insurance.

What's the problem? They've already added alchemy, which will reduce the worth of tech by a large margin ... if pubbies actually take advantage of it.

Resource scarcity is not balanced by making a resource come from one ******* place forever.

That is not resource scarcity, that is resource monopoly.

(Paragraph deleted due to tinfoil hat theories about who is in bed with who, it has all been said before)

The sandcastle they built is right on top of unobtainum and it is killing the life tree of eve.

A coalition that has endless ship replacements, who needs risk anyways... amiright?

If you hate them having tech, only fly ships and fit modules that don't use any tech to make. Viva la Protest!

But guys, look at all the good they have done with their trillions guys!!

PRESSES F10 to look at all of those highly populated Null Sec systems, reaming with life and vibrancy and .. actually as dark and dead as it was before they even existed.

Yah, well done for doing *nothing* with all that space and all those blues.

Clearly intelligence at work here.

Not sure it's CCP or an alliance's fault it's still mostly dead in Null.

So few leaders, oh so many many many sheep.

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

As was stated before, If you want something from someone "Take it" this is a player driven game CCP is not here to wipe you a**. If you cannot build partnerships, resources, objectives for taking sov and are whinning for outside intervention from CCP you are playing the wrong game. At the end of the day its all about strategy. It's CCP's fault it's not worth the bother to actually live in nullsec. vOv

Maybe you should make sure you let CCP know you want them to actually make it worth living in nullsec, and if you're lucky you might even get your wish!

To be fair most things in the game get nerfed to oblivion. For some reason tech needs 4 phases of balance or some crap.

CCP had no problem nerfing Drone poop, the one thing that made drone regions competitive vs. the major tech holders.

Nobody bothered with incursions after that nerf and the list goes on...

The only people that can realistically shake things up at this point is a massive HBC vs CFC fight. This is likely never going to happen. Dot bros tried to fight the good fight but what can anyone short of a power block realistically do against coalitions of that size? Damned good effort though.

It will be interesting to see null reshaped when CCP finally gets around to making tech resources deplete. By then, the rot of the big blue should set in. You CFC HBC dudes are quickly going to run out of fights at this rate. GG.

You have apparently not seen the alchemy-induced tech nerf.

This will never happen, not unless CCP redoes the entire moongoo system.

Step in the right direction. Not quite the kick in the balls that was needed. Not for goons but all of Eve.

Soundwave has repeatedly said he doesn't want moon goo to be alliance ISK printing machines and prefers these resources to be harvested by line members. Who knows if it will get implemented but it would be certainly shift how alliances function if it goes through.

If people had been less bad at eve, they would probably have pushed tech down below 40k by now. Alas.

If CCP actually made it worth living in nullsec, and made it so alliances could tax the activity in nullsec, then the idea of ringmining wouldn't be pants on head ********.

Hold on, let me go to a website community and make an alliance based on people who go to that site.... **** EVERYBODY ELSE. NO ONE ELSE BUT THOSE WHO HELP RUN MY WEBSITE CAN BE A PART OF THE MANAGING CORP!!!!!

I will police my website and so will my admins, we will perpetuate a culture that forbids talking back to the leadership as those that do are "pubbies"

We will start to get great players and FC's from other entities, and pay the other great alliances and then offer them a piece of the pie once we get something good, like tech. Then, once they take that piece they will never leave our side and will be our attack dog to do whatever we want (like grind structures)

Another site is trying to make an alliance?! Holy ****, we should help them, they are so cuuute doing what we did....

When they are bigger than us, we will get as much space as possible and have a NIP so that we all stay happy and save each other from invasions and then make up entirely fictional coalitions (SoCo was first coined GS)for our enemies so that we may justify escalating the war to OUR level of blobbing. Because, we can't lose a war, or even get anywhere close to losing, no **** that ****.

We started with a leg up in recruiting our members, and now everyone is seeing us as the popular place to be. We have all the great moons, no one can stand against us. It is our Nullsec, not yours. So join us, rat with us. Never engage another neut again! We will invade the next region soon, and we will rent that out as well!

How you guys feel about tech moons and overall game politics and balance ?

here is the comment from eve24

"They never should have let Goons or anyone else, sit on Tech moons for almost 2 years and counting. Meanwhile nerfing drone regions, incursions, and mission drops/bounties. Null sec sites and running lvl 4's in npc nullsec takes no coordination, are easier, and make more isk than incursions ever did, guess who got nerfed.

Goons have so much isk from tech moons they can afford to setup permanent hulkageddon rewards, ice interdiction, throw away thousands of tornado's in burn jita, while fighting war after war with free ship replacement for the largest blob in eve. Seems balanced...... It's too late to be fixed now, they have amassed so much wealth and influence that eve is over. Goons won, and CCP is basically a goon pet at this point. I don't blame people for quitting. Goons stated goal was to ruin eve for everyone, well guess what, they've succeeded, and some how CCP was stupid enough to let this all happen. "

the best part is: "Goons won, and CCP is basically a goon pet at this point." heh nice :)

My question again: How you guys feel about tech moons and overall game politics and balance ? what can be done with this situation to make our game better ?

OP, you are emberassing yourself for the most part Roll

You basically say: Because all tech moons belong to Goons (which is not true), something is wrong with politics and balance.

So, politics are player driven. As alliances are. And thus nullspace belongs to players, is player owned (like structures aka POS). Players take from players. That's called conflict. CCP develops the game, the players play it. That's generally the deal.

About the "balancing" stuff. This one you could explain. What balancing? Power? Ship stats? Sov mechanics? Industry? What you mean?

They did, and rather than organize to fight it (or it without organization, guerrilla style, why aren't all these anti-goon forum posters HERE talking about rather than camping every Goon jump bridge with stealth bombers?) they come here and "forum snipe" at them, hoping that daddy (ccp) will come down from on high and fix it for them.

They are simply pathetic gamers. When I had a problem with goons I got 200 of my best buds together and shot them in the face till we get tired and don't want Tribute/Vale anymore.
