Look in crime and punishment and look for posting for WH pos removal gang and im sure a poco is nothing for them.

if they are player owned costums offices and you need help to take them out, don't bother doing it
cous you won't keep them for long, or the owners wil come wen they get out of re-inforce

moste people that do pos removal in wh's don't bother with doing stuff like that in lowsec cous of the cyno crap you can pull there

Try contacting bloodtear industries of Gentlemen's agreement alliance. One player multiboxes up to a dozen supercaps and they have poco removal down to a fine art afaik.

I suspect they would be putting up there own poco's to replace the ones they take down.
