Market eating items/orders?

After downtime today i have lost 13 items i had on sell orders , no transactions in the wallet /journal
Orders didnt expire.
WHATS HAPPENING

Were items sold for personal or for corp? If corp, maybe they are in the corp market orders delivery place (not sure exactly where to access that option - probably via corp screen or corp wallet screen).

Also if items aren't appearing in your assets tab - another question - could they have been accidently moved into a station container? Cause that would make them not appear in assets either (stupid I know but containers aren't searchable).
