PVP/Cap pilot looking for ACTIVE PVP corp/alliance

I'm a Central USTZ PVPer looking for an ACTIVE PVP corp. Although my skills are mostly geared toward small gang PVP, I am open for anything as long as the corp is ACTIVE. And by active I mean that when people are logged in the vast majority are PVPing or talking about PVP, not mining or doing PI, etc. Did I mention that I am looking for an ACTIVE corp/alliance?

This corp will ideally be anyone other than Goons or anyone who's blue to Goons and/or fleets regularly with Goons.
