Fitting a saved Fit - ammo bug

I think this is a bug so well, it's being put here. It's also in the idea's forum as well, if it isn't a bug then maybe it should implemented Smile

When you save a fitting, and browse to it, it show modules, ammo and rigs.

If you attempt to fit this directly to a ship from the fitting window it will attempt to fit the modules and the rigs BUT NOT the ammo.
Wouldn't it make sense to actually fit what was saved inclusive of the ammo specified. If not, then why bother saving the ammo at all?

If rigs already exist or you do not own them, there is a polite message saying they weren't fitted. We get silence regarding the ammo.


I noticed this as I do mission running often. Ideally, you'd want 4 saved fittings to adjust hardeners and ammo for the pirate factions. Everything at present will switch except ammo therefore it's still a manual process after all.

Can this be fixed please?
