If you have come here for help from CCP. It's not here.

Any blue DEV marker is from old threads about a year ago or so.

There is help here, but it's not from CCP. We are abandoned.

Actually it was October 16, 2012, a little more than a month ago. ( The Inferno 1.3 Macintosh Issues and Feedback OP).

But a replay to a question or comment on an issue? June 25, 2012, 5 1/2 months ago. (Last blue bar in the Constantly freezing up thread, post #290). An issue that has never been resolved.

At least there is still a Mac client, and on average I only have it mess up once a week or so.

Vincent you pretty much are the Mac support around here. And Thank you! Frankly I think CCP owes you a paycheck for doing their job.

If I wasn't so lazy I'd send you a cake.

Thanks for that. Its actually a little scary, I really do not know that much. I usually find myself wandering over to the company IT department whenever I got an issue with my computer. (But they have never had any good ideas on what to do about eve issues.)

I have this mental picture of a guy walking around an office with a laptop like a zombie mumbling "Eve…fix my Eve" as IT guys hide under their desks :)

As our resident Mac tester too, I was wondering if you've played with the new Crime Watch yet? Any Mac issues? Specifically I'm trying to find out if my pet peeve problem of GCC not updating in local is fixed? If I have time this week I may try to get the test server to work on my machine, but I'm getting real tired of explaining to people "I didn't warp to the gate because I never saw you go GCC".

I would not say we are abandoned, although it can get frustrating at times. Things have improved greatly over the years. I can remember when a long skill for a Mac patch meant find something to train to V that took at least a week because the Mac client had the potential to be down that long after a patch.

The best we the Mac players can do is to keep these forums pages active and up to date with the issues we have and the fixes we have found.

Also for the new Mac players I always encourage the use of "Time Machine" it has saved my client on many occasions.

This version is the worst. I just did 8 jumps in highsec and crashed 3 times.

Also crashed in a fleet battle with RvB. What a pain.

I feel horrible for not having switched to OSX on my mac for over 9 months and instead having resorted to using bootcamp windows 7...
Someone once said I was a muppet. If that's so, I'm quite sure the Swedish Chef is my brother.
