Its the same situation as the last lotto, Darknesss is not very active at the moment, and as soon as we get a hold of him we will secure it with him. In the meantime you can rest assured that the ISK will be secure and that Verge of Collapse has every intention of honoring this and all other Etana lotteries to come. After all we still have a sizable reserve of these ships.

The wallet api just updated on the in game browser and awarded me 107 tickets. I paid 52.84b for 2652 tickets.

Edit, it is slowly giving me tickets. Up to 700 now.

Yeah, its the random number generator. It checks against the Database to make sure that the random number generated for each of your tickets is not already assigned. Considering the size of your purchase it might take a while, but I am keeping an eye on logs (one ticket was regenerated 28 times !!!!!).
