Buckingham Issue.

Hello!
I have currently tried to install Buckingham several times, but each time I have the same issue.
Whenever I open it from the Launcher, it gives me an invisible window, I can hear the music from it, but whenever I click the icon in my bar, nothing will pop up.

Buckingham/current

Description:
Listed above, my normal client works perfectly, I can open Singularity, but Buckingham and Duality have the same issue where if I try to open the login window, it will be invisible with the music playing.

I also just found a small black Rectangle appeal when I try and switch to the client window.

Computer:
Windows 7 (64)
Intel i7 2670QM @ 2.20
8GB RAM

Please help, I have not been able to find any info on this issue.
