I reactivated my account a few days ago and i cant seem to acess buckingham for the mass test tonight. will therte be a update just before mass test to allow reactivated accounts to partisapate or no.

If you want your account activated, post in the activation thread. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=151660 Maybe they'll go through the list in time; it's your best bet.
