EVE-Central XML Import into Excel 2007

Hi all.

I'm currently building a spreadsheet that pulls in the MIN/MAX, AVG, MEDIAN, and VOLUME for both BUY and SELL orders using Excel 2007.

Since the prices have been applied I've seen no update even though I manually refreshed and sorted the XML data.

1. Obtain XML with 'marketstat' as the callsign with 100+ itemIDs in a single file.
2. Add the file to XML Maps under the Developer ribbon > Source.
3. Add the respective headers from LEFT to RIGHT for grouping.
4. Right-click the header and Import > XML file.

Manual refresh is done by right clicking the headers/tables and hitting Import > Refresh XML Data.

So I've narrowed it down:

A. Does my above procedure work for EVE-Central APIs?
B. How long does EVE-Central update its APIs?
C. Is it possible to change the refresh interval?
