As the title says, I'm looking to purchase a couple of BLOPS pilots. The lower SP the better. I am not looking to purchase a supercarrier pilot that happens to fly a blops. That said, I realize few people focus train blops, so a little wasted or missing XP is fine. I'm looking for the following skills:


  • Gallente or Amarr BS V
  • Blackops IV
  • JCal V / JFC IV
  • Hull Upgrades V / Armor Comps IV
  • Appropriate Gunnery/Drone Skills
  • Jump Portal Generation IV

bump - i struggle to believe there arent any Gallente or Amarr BS5 pilots with Jump skills..
