"CCP ExeFile has stopped working"

Hey everybody, recently I've been plagued by one consistent crash that's continually occurred with each time I've attempted to launch Eve Online.

The details given for this error are as follows:

Application Name: ExeFile.exe
Application Version: 7.10.27.490
Application Timestamp: 4df8a6f5
Fault Module Name: _GameWorld.dll
Fault Module Version: 7.10.27.3330
Fault Module Timestamp: 4e048f96
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Offset: 00022ebd
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033
Additional Information 1: 0a9e

The popup is named "CCP ExeFile has stopped working" and pops up before I can even reach the initial login area. It occurs when the thumbnail for Eve Online: Incarna comes on my screen and after about 5 seconds of the thumbnail being on my screen, this crash occurs without fail. My cache is empty and I've reinstalled the game/restarted my computer after doing this several times now -- also, I've scoured the internet for any answers and have also submitted an inquiry via email to support@eveonline.com but have yet to receive an answer, so I have come to the forums to seek your help and see if you have any knowledge of what is going on here.

I am attempting to run Eve on a Windows 7 Lenovo Z570 laptop, and the game is being run by Steam. Thanks to any help provided!

Looks like a file is corrupted / missing ( Fault Module Name: _GameWorld.dll )

Have you tried running the repair.exe?
