Amarr and slaves

i have read that amarr is the only one that can trade slaves legal..

Is that normal sec. missions or some sort of special mission ?

I recall inorder to build some of the Amarr faction POS's you actually need to expend slaves... I dunno if thier bodies are just cemented into the walls like Pharos did with thier jewish slaves or if they are actually still alive &serving on the ship ( ergo then they are quasi-legal). Would be funny if Amarr slaves were also needed for POS fuel sort of like Soylent Green or The Matrix Cool
