Not a bad character by any means, just a tad limited. I'm 22m sp winmatar, and have recieved offers for 8 billion.

It's a better scanner & t3 pilot than me, but can only do a couple things well,

gunnery is lacking, needs Adv. Weapon upgrades if you want to fit a good arty loki.

is pretty much a 1-trick pony in pvp. no t2 arties, let alone t2 large guns.

perhaps train it into recon ships & propulsion jamming a bit?

you may or may not get between 6.5-7.5 billion depending on who wants it.
