Hey I am very new to escalations. I saw the site "Sansha Watch" and ran it. At the end the escalation triggered (I knew this because of the EVElopedia website). Using EVElopedia it shows that there are 4 different locations for this escalation. So I went towards the first escalation site, and I killed all the ships that came towards me at the site. After That I looked back to my journal to see where the next location was, only to see there wasn't the new location.

So my questions are:
Does the 4 locations mean you will get one of the four?
If I get all four locations, then how do i trigger the second location after completing the first?

This. Escalations are chance-based at every step. Typically when you get the first escalation you will get the whole "chain", but not always.

Also, make sure to research your complex and how to do everything you can to trigger escalations. I once went into an already-run complex, blew up one structure, and got an escalation that made me a couple hundred million ISK richer... all because the guy who had originally run the plex did not know how to get the escalation himself.

And as a last word of caution: be sure you're ready for the latter stages. They can be quite brutal, especially if officer spawns get involved.

Maybe I misspoke. You don't necessarily need to destroy all the structures, just the right ones. The example I was using was that of the Angel Outpost. Quoting from a bit on the Eve-uni wiki:



Sure, killing everything there would work, but it would be a waste of time and ammo. Look up resources like that for whatever site you're running to know what to destroy and to save yourself some time.
