Is there a trading program which tracks industry costs?

Can somebody tell me if any of the trading programs include a manufacturing cost analysis component?

I.e. if I buy all the components for a ship, haul them to a station and make the ship, and then haul the ship back and sell it for a profit - I am looking for a program that would identify the total cost of the ship (all the components/fees/etc) and compare it against what I sold the ship for.

Yes. It's called EVE ISK per Hour.

Nice, any others?

I'm looking for something that can do that plus the usual trade reporting and stuff as I do a combination of manufacturing, research, and trading. I'm trying to find a program to help me monitor and report on all of it instead of multiple programs.
