I've got 2 for sale.

Both 4 jumps or less from Jita.

Both large Min towers, no modules. Both currently online.

Both have ample manufacturing slots in system.

You cover my war dec fee, tower cost, a weeks fuel and a little something for my time and they (or just one) can be yours.

Dec fee - 100m
Tower - 300m
Weeks fuel + charters 50m
My time and location premium - 250m


700m each all up.

If it matters to you, I think each system has over 10 belts, but no ice. No idea how close any ice belts are.

I'll also unrent my alts corp office there to make sure you can get an office.

Post here if you're interested, I dont use this character much at all.
