Hello

I have alt training for this duty, mainly used for vanguards at least to begin with.

I will be picking 3 shield links, 2 skirmish links ( no use for ab speed bonus on vgs), these are obvious picks.

As you might realise 6-5=1 which means i got 1 spare ganglink slot open, armor links are pointless in shield gangs.

Here i am, left with odd skirmish links. One of them which gives effect bonus on Target painters and one with sensor strenght.
I will pick TP bonus unless the sensor strenght bonus is enough to avoid occasional jams on vg sites.
So the question is, how big difference this Sensor Integrity link makes when maxed out and is it enough to protect against jams in vanguards?

Im no math genious but i still take answers that include math as proof. If you cant prove your theory dont reply please.

The sensor strength link, without a mindlink or command ship bonuses, gives a 33.75% increase to your sensor strength. A midslot ECCM gives a 96% increase, and still doesn't reliably prevent jams.

Draw your own conclusions.

Hm, so preview is now eating posts randomly?

El. superiority - you dont really need/want any tps in vgs.
Sensor integrity - benefit is very low, proper remote sensorboosting of 1-2 nightmares/machs will solve all you issues with niarjas.
Rapid deployment - can help your logis with speed tank /if they fit ab, which 2 of them shouldnt/ and helps your ore dropper to reach refinery faster.

But I assume 2 good answers are bound to be followed by someones pointless personal opinion, without actual answer to question (backed up by facts; not speculations).

Exact reason i usually dont bother to post any advice on forums.
But i guess thanks for good advice once by 3-5 posts is enough.

Btw mine "pointless personal opinion backed by speculations" is actually backed by facts and using boosting tengu for a long time /6 link, 5 link, 5+probe, with various mindlinks/. If you really think, that its speculations or something, then you are badly informed or stupid.
