It's also Hungarian for "Steve." My RL name isn't Steve or anything, I'm just bringing it up as neat trivia.

Funny story: GW changed the canon spelling to "Isstvan" a few years ago - this is because too many google searches for the term "Istvaan" were leading to Eve Online and things discussing yours truly, rather than GW sites. I have indirect but reliable confirmation of this, and thus treat it as fact.

Yeah, Ravenwing love their bikes. My Night Lords merely use them as gun-studded crotch missiles to hurl their bodies at the enemy faster so they can stick cutlery in their faces.

Never played or had much interest in 40K, but I used to paint miniatures for D&D. Wasn't bad at it, but I lost interest years ago when I quit playing. Also, the miniatures are quite expensive without a doubt, but I did manage to collect some 40 of them at one time.

Stupid amount of time wasted on them in retrospect, and money. Those 40 probably cost me near to $600 and 300+ hours of my time. Wouldn't do it again, even if I have thought about it.

edit: ..nice work btw. The paint jobs are actually quite good with excellent detail.

Good job, I dont play 40k anymore. but still enjoy the hobby side of things.

I'm working on group of Spacewolves Termies at the moment. still at very early stages though, picking out custom bases etc
