Does anyone know if the jumps.xml API dump is for gate jumps + cyno jumps + wormhole jumps, or just gate jumps?

I believe it's just gate jumps. It also counts the same person when they enter and leave so for example you have 2 jumps in a system that can mean two people left or entered the system or one person just pasted through it.

That's true but fairly sure cyno isn't
