To preface this discussion, I am usually only the industrial type so I will leave the PvP characters alone as I am not a good judge for them.
Also, I used gemblog.nl/skill as somewhat of a baseline evaluation but then dug deeper into it than gemblog does.

I'll start with Lillith: My overall evaluation values the character higher than gemblog.nl/skill by about 1.5 Billion ISK due to my industrial tendencies. That brings the total value (in my book) to 10 billion ISK (11B if you happen to get a mindlink on that character). The reason I didn't place this character at a much higher value is due to the fact that although the skills themselves are very impressive, some of the skills lack a skill level (Mining Director for example) or are missing entirely (Warfare Link Specialist gives a 10% bonus to both MF links and warfare links per skill level). The PI skills are very impressive as are the Jump nav skills. I see you're training Jump Fuel Conservation to 5 now so that's good.

Tenebrion: Definitely a good character. I feel that although the skills are somewhat as they were on Lillith that this character is worth way more than gemblog.nl/skill says it is. Right now, Gemblog says it's worth just over 29.6B ISK. Considering everything, I'd pay 35B ISK for it if I actually had that much. :)

And unfortunately, I can't properly evaluate Tharanor so I will leave that for hopefully somebody who knows more about Capitals (Carriers and whatnot) than I. The only capitals I've ever used have been the Orca and Rorqual so yeah.
