Ouch that one hurt my eyes reading. As for your corp mates taking over the corp that has always been allowed in eve since as far back as I can remember. Which is about 7 years. Anything beyond that gets fuzzy Big smile

. If a vote is given to select another leader and that vote showes in favor of that, then you are no longer the leader. The corp shifts to whom ever was selected. They only way around that is to deny certain rights which would keep people from creating votes.
