Was there once a Badger Mk III?

Take a look at this image:

You may notice that there are no tier 2 battlecruisers nor tier 3 battleships. But more interesting (to me, at least) is just below the upper right corner. What's that thing I see next to the Badger and Badger Mk II?

They made a skin for it but never introduced the badger mkIII into the game. It's now in use as the model for the Bustard, I believe

^^ That. From left to right, those hulls (as they exist in the game right now) are the Badger I, Badger II/Crane, and Bustard.

That's interesting. I had never noticed the Bustard had a different model. I had always thought the Bustard and Crane used the same frame, and that someone somewhere in the art department had forgot to make the Crane out of the Badger Mk I.

^^ yuppers. There's actually a bunch of 'em... badgers of all kinds flown by NPCs @ stations throughout empire. You should check 'em out next time you see an NPC convoy. There are some really cool gallente versions too we don't have fit for capsuleer use (yet!). I've been pulling for 'middle of the road' haulers for years in F&I. I think they should add more kinds of haulers... not just in the industrial class, but also a new class that has a cargo hold in the 50k-150k m3 range with no highs, 2 mids, and maybe a low or two. Think it would be sweet and useful. I don't know how CCP's art department stays on top of all the ships in this game though... there are SO many NPC variants of ships our there... kinda staggering really.

Signatures should be used responsibly...

I hope CCP uses it for a redue of T1 Haulers along with adding a third Amarr and I don't know making 2 of the Gallente ones collectors items.

Something like this is my personal preference.

Cargo Capacity

I also want them to change Cargo Expanders and Cargo Otp Rigs to a static increase of around 200ish so you can Armor Tank the Armor ones.

T1 Speed - Agility / 7500ish
T1 Tank / 10000ish
T1 Cargo / 30000ish
T2 Deep Space / 40000ish
T2 Blockade Runner / 10000ish

For the Orca personally go full 200k ORE Bay with room for fleet Crystals and introduce 4 new racial Light Freighters with like 200k-250k-ish.

That would either necessitate a change to the Prowler's high slots or to those of the other blockade runners. The negative with the Prowler is that it currently cannot carry a cruiser, no matter how you rig/fit it.

Why would that necessitate any change? Prowler could still be the one slightly below 10K and the one with room for a probe launcher. It depends if that is a unique quality they want to keep on it or something deemed to big a burden.

The numbers I put are more guidelines to the direction I personally want to see them move, doesn't mean they should 100% conform to them. For instance with the tank class say Amarr is more tankier then Gal but Gal has more Cargo Room, Minmatar is weakest and smallest cargo but the fastest of the Tanky class while still slower then the slowest of the speed / agility class and Caldari is moderate all around on all points.

The more diference between ships the better.

I like this a lot. One of my big peeves with industrials is that one race gets a much bigger indy than other races, and the really slow and expensive deep space transports don't carry enough to fix it.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes!! I can live with the Mammoth since it's minmatar and only costs the industrial skill at 4. But Caldari and Amarr indys can't go much past about 20k--they carry 54% and 63% of what the iteron mk 5 carries! Caldari and Amarr NEED a third industrial!
I'd like to think the Third Amarr industrial should require Amarr indy 5, and have only 3 low slots but a really large base cargo space (like 8000ish), and a lot of powergrid too. That would set it apart from the other Amarr industrials. And the Badger Mk II should definitely be the tanky one--though I guess it already is.

Howabout they add a stacking penalty to cargo expansion, and then rebalance some of the cargoholds and expanders, maybe boost the expansion % and increase industrial base cargohold size. This would fix the Sigil really fast, by allowing it to use all those low slots for more speed/agility without giving it so much room for cargo expansion. It would also fix the deep space transports by allowing them room to fit an armor tank without gimping their cargo storage. Any industrial with at least 5 low slots could easily spare 2 of them for stuff other than cargo expansion. And then some industrials (like the DSTs) could be given more low slots than current, since that wouldn't add much to their cargohold maximum.

Cargo rigs would obviously have to be buffed, so that they wouldn't be worthless in comparison to regular cargo expanders.

yea, right now it seems minmitar/gallente are the best to train hauler wise even into freighter.
