I bid 2 Bn since there are better pilots cheaper than your desired starting bid.
And it also lacks a few skills topped up for me to see it as a focused Tengu pilot.

A 2Bn bid just tells me you want to quickly turn around the character for a huge profit. Please don't post if you are not serious.
The starting bid 4.5b and that's a bargain for this fine character.

Ok He only has 10 m sp

Regardless if he's a tengu pilot,

Thats not allot, his shield tanking skills are less than ample,
Missile skills are starter,

You should train him up more before selling this character if you want profit off him.

4.5 b? Not worth it, you won't get anything.

If you kept it around 3.0b - 4b would be something. Lemme know and Ill buy
