Not sure the meaning behind your statement. Saw the video on this though when it first came out, apparently every day at the same time the bus would stop to let children off and she'd drive over the sidewalk to avoid that whole 'other lane must yield' thing. So the next day they stationed a cop right there at the corner and sure enough she drove right into that one.

Unfortunatly this happens all the time, only when a kid gets hurt will someone actually do something most of the time.

It's a flaw in Darwinism. If Stupid people's stupid actions consistently kill Non-Stupid people but don't kill the Stupid person, then only Stupid people survive to breed.

Which again just goes to prove that adaptability trumps intelligence for survival.

Which is why I don't leave the house now days without an RPG-7 loaded with a HE Grenade.

That kind of stopping power halts stupid in its tracks. Now if a tank runs me over I understand it isn't the drivers fault but mine, Armor Piercing Ammo is expensive so I'll just have to take that risk.
