70 mil SP character looking for relaxed atmosphere

So here it is ....

- 70 mil sp

- just want to do what i can to make isk (usually incursions), pew pew when i have some isk, relax, get to know people, drink rum, relax, no hard core FC'ing (I am too high strung and would probably tell you off)

- I have a family, two jobs and i'm an active member of the 501st legion (Badlands garrison) so that means I am a casual player (maybe 2 hours a night, if lucky)

- I just want to learn a few new things, continue to skill up and have fun. I pay for the game, I will play it and have fun as i see fit.

- can do some industrial stuff but I have no idea how much.

- large 0.0 alliances have been my bane, as of late. I'm not saying that they are not welcome, but I would have to have some good persuasion to go that route again.

Basic Requirements for Enlistment:
- A minimum of 5 Mil skill points (If you have less than this please contact us anyway - While you may not be eligable to join as a Full Member, training runs with you to develop your PVP skills are possible)
- TS3 required with MIC and be fluent in English
- A willingness to fly or train into a battlecruisers with advice from our Fleet Commanders using (on assignment) approved ship fits
- Small gang PVP experience is a plus but not required
- No sec status below -1.5 or be willing to fix it
- Limited API key for background check

What we offer you:

- A lowsec "base of operations" with easy access to level 5 missions and 0.0 ratting opportunities
