Ive read everywhere that you need high faction standing to have acces to them.

Is there a way to start them without the standings ?

Sure. High corp standings instead.

Oh neat ! All the place i checked only talked abotu standings.What corp give them ? And possibly a fast way to level them ( my standing are -2.0 or lower with most )

For the level 4 empire epic arcs, you need faction standing above -2, and either faction or corp standing above 5.

Train diplomacy if you're negative. Then grind level 1 missions, until you can do level 2's, then grind level 2's until you have the required standings. Going up to level 3's in not efficient since although you get a bigger boost per mission, they take longer. Blitzing level 2's in an assault frig is the fastest way I know to raise NPC corp standings.

"The Level 1 Sisters of Eve Epic mission arc (The Blood-Stained Stars) is available to everyone regardless of standings. Completing this arc requires travel in all Empire high security systems. Personal Security Status above -2.00 and all Empire Faction standings above -5.00 is required to travel safely and not be attacked by Empire Navy NPC's.

The Level 3 and Level 4 Epic mission arcs require a specific amount of positive standing with the starting Agents Corporation or Faction for access. If using Corporation standing for access, the Faction must be above -2.00 standing."
