How come there is no SLA on bug reports ?
I think they only way to get a report noted is by screaming on the forum that i think somethings wrong.

Perhaps a hint

If bug repot is not being picked upin 14 days by a GM/DEV/ISO/USER please send an email to the ...... or contact ....
if not picked up in 31 days petition it.
if not picked up in 40 day ..(just give it up and (ab)use the bug) well then i think the bug report system should be closed dont you think ?

so the reall question is;

When can we see what report gets an priority
what is the max number of days before it get picked up.
and when a report should be petition of refiled( if that is even a word)

I think this is a good job for the people at the counsil thingie they have plenty of time

Because it's a game and not primary business software?

Bug reporting is a joke.

I just got a reply on a bug report....from six months ago.
They wanted my log files. Apparently the video recreating the bug and attached logs weren't good enough.

Bug is still present in the game.
