Slaves, because they're the only ones that bonus something relevant to incursions

If flying armor fleets slaves are pretty good. For shield I'd use Halo's over snakes / crystals since they reduce incoming damage quite significantly. And they're cheapish too.

odds are we would use shield ships to a point, as tentalizing as the crystal/snakes would be i did not know the sig radius for halo set would be that much beneficial. and since minmitar ships are alrdy low sig. ships to a point i can see the added damage reduction being valid. thx for that

Now thats for incursions, misssioning in hi sec. what about pvp should i clone out and use something diffrent or would halo's still be beneficial. ?

In short Halos vs Snakes vs Crystals.
Snakes gives added mobility which is everything in PVP, so no competition here at all. Increased speed means your own tracking takes as much of a hit as the enemies tracking though.
Halos reduce signature radius which means you speed tank better without actually going faster. In other words you track the same way you always did, your enemies hit you for less.
Crystals gives added shield boost ability to active tankers, so in solo PVE Crystals and Snakes rock. Snakes gives mobility which means if you got enough tank anyhow you might complete whatever you're doing faster because of it.

Sooo:
Snakes vs Halo
PVP Small Scale -> Snakes all the way because mobility is win.
PVP Large Fleets -> Halos allow you to take less damage but still stay around with the rest of your fleet.
PVE Solo -> Snakes
PVE Incursions -> Halos because they allow you to speed tank without taking a hit to your tracking or moving too far away from the rest of the fleet.

Halos vs Crystals:
PVP Small Scale: No clear winner, neither is optimal really.
PVP Large Fleet: Halos cause active tanking in fleet PVP sucks.
PVE Small Scale: Crystals if active tanking, simple as that really.
PVE Incursions: Halos cause it's not like you're tanking for yourself anyhow, someone else is repping and Halos give them more time to do so.

If I was to make a rule I'd say Halos mesh very well with Logistics.
