edit: In all seriousness, I don't think anyone knows for sure except CCP employees. I feel like big events such as expansions, Fanfest, Christmas, etc are usually the times when these deals popup, but I'm not sure. My memory isn't exactly trustoworthy. Hell, I don't even believe it half the time

All jokes aside, a dev did reply in another thread it is a bug, but c'mon why would anyone want to fix this? They've inadvertently created a level of avatar customization that quite a few people really enjoy. I say CCP should just run with it and make it a feature in Retribution. Everyone wins.

It might be cold in space, but things are getting hot in my CQ .

I'm not sure which would be funnier, CCP actually taking your suggestion or fixing the bug and forcing the server to re-render all female portraits.

Well the last one was 2-3 months ago, but i am eagerly awaiting it as i want to open two new accounts. But CCP doesn't really release any details of when it will start.
