Hey Guy's and Girls,

Old EvE player coming back to play i was wondering how much it would cost me to buy a new character with decent missioning skills, im looking for -
-- Battleship Level 4 Atleast
-- Good Drone skills (unless Caldari)
-- Good Weapon Skills (enough for ok dps with T1)
-- Good tanking skills (enough for T2)
Most of these skills have got to be level 4,
