Whats the test server?

Just patched duality and tried launching it. Is it down permanently now or is it coming back up in a bit? And if its down which server is the tests server now?

Buckingham is the main test server.
Singularity is now the main Dust514 testing server.
Duality is a future expansion builds testing server.
