You are the 1% of Eve that are now trapped by terrible wardec mechanics against Dec Shield. ~380k Eve accounts, 1.14mil active characters, and we have 11,500 trapped. 1 in every 99 players.

But fear not! There's now a self-help group to help legitimize your victimhood status. The ingame channel "Joint Ops ETUDE" has been started by Erufen Rito of "Echoes of Silence" corporation in an attempt to band together against us. This email went out to all you filthy filthy villainous wardeccers
