Everyone who trades has at some point lost ISK like that. Whining and bitching about an error you made and expecting it to be reimbursed is more than a bit sad.

I lost 130m a few days ago in that way. Petioned it and was reimbursed. Probably missed a comma or something.. Don't remember getting a warning though.

The other day I messed up an implant order and 753 276 945 ISK was lost.
I also got reimbursed by CCP after a petition.
