I still agree with the OP that ice needs to be low sec for all the reasons i stated.

The benefit of bringing up the price of ice is not the goal. It is just an additional benefit.

The goal is still be bring a lot of carebears/industrialists/miners into low.

Huge rewards and a reasonable chance to get them and get them out, NOT a guarantee, just a reasonable chance.

I disagree with the OP that making some parts of high sec a little less high sec will do the job.

You cannot make carebears like getting ganked, you cannot make carebears like losing ships, you cannot make carebears like losing implants.

That is contrary to a care bear's human nature. Anyone that says human nature does not play a big part in EVE is delusional.

But we will put up with a lot of crap if we have a reasonable chance to make huge rewards and a reasonable chance to get them out.

Louis, a great big carebear Like regarding factional navy low sec response. This is a very practical mod on the OP. It is also very compatible with care bear nature.

I would still like the benefit of a POS with shield to dock ships when I cannot play and have a reasonable chance that they will still be there when i log on. Of course this is for systems without a station. With that said my care bear attitude would be that if faction navy help was available then leaving the POS as moon anchor only would be an acceptable trade.

lol.

Any rewards that can be had will be monopolized by long established corps and highly-skilled players. PvP'rs lamenting the fact that high-sec'rs have access to SOME wealth while most of EVE's great riches lie locked away behind semi-permanent, null-sec corps is sorry reflection.

Just let the high sec'rs develop to the point where they feel they can compete. It takes half a year simply to stand up to the low-sec T3 killers who pop 30 - 40 venturesome newbies a month with their system stakeouts.

What really needs to be done is to increase the PvP'ing amongst the PvP'rs! You're bored behind your corp walls. Address your own problems. I have PLENTY of fascinating challenges of my own. Gaming your ilk is one of them. I shouldn't have to be concerned with your stale state.

"Block" pigs. Refuse to fly with them.
