The moros is the only ship the character will fly so it doesn't need drones, shield stuff, missiles, or other gunnery skills

Hi Sab,

All those caldari missile tengu boat skills aren't necessary for my purpose, so they bump the cost of that character higher than I'm needing to go. Thanks for the suggestion though.
