FW changes and effects on LP earned

With the changes coming do people think FW will supply more, less or about the same LP overall?

I had thought less since the new alts who just fly around earning were being cut out of the earning equation. Were those LP earned enough to make a difference or am I completely wrong thinking this way?

I am hoping this will be a lively discussion.

More LP. Each point of LP will be worth less to factions which previously had Tier 5 opportunities, but worth more to those that didn't.

Great. More LP and the ships already cost less than half to nearly 1/6th of the price of normal npc LP stores. P
