This is not correct. The emails, regardless of how they are obtained are the intellectual property of the author.
Posting them breaches laws in just about every country in the world, Digital Millennium, RIP act, DPA.

Just saying.

I think technically they're not emails. Eve Mail is an in game only communication as far as I know , as such the remain the property of CCP.

No you idiot you remove him from your corp/alliance if he is a spoiled brat who is a security risk. Really this stuff is easy to understand if you just stop whining for a second. It breaks no laws, and the contents of an EvE-Mail (not e-mails) is the property of CCP. Theres a bit about it in the contract you digitally signed when you created your account. Intelectual property rights mean absolutely squat when you sign a legally binding document that waives them. Stop trying to sound clever.
