I understand the sentiment, and relate to it, but honestly your post comes off as a form of reverse racism. Are you saying behavior like this does not happen from those of us who are colored? Because I am here to tell you that it does. Assuming the problem is one color or race, and excluding them, is racism, plain and simple.

Instead; you should be looking for a corp whose ideals go along with your own. A corp that has strict rules about these types of things and enforces them. Color has nothing to do with it. Stop trying to segregate my EvE.

Honestly, I second the sentiment that you check out E-Uni, they are a great bunch of people who do not tolerate this. And they have connections everywhere, so they can help get you into another like minded corp where you wont have to deal with these things. Sucks that it happens, but the best way to beat it is to be better than it.
