Price Checks

I've always wondered if it was worth selling Saya, or just occasionally give her a bit more training until she's 'useful'. I consider her to be a starter, despite having 14 million skillpoints, due to the unusual training that I gave her. I started a skill, and didn't stop until it was 5, and didn't bother training anything else along the way until that skill was done.

The result? A currently useless character that happens to have 14 million skillpoints and 34 skills trained to 5. These are all skills that I would -want- trained to 5 if I were actually using her, but she has a boatload of injected skills at 0 that would have to be trained before she could actually be taken out of a dock. She has level 4 agents with caldari and amarr due to soaking up standings along the way, but has never fired a shot herself.

So, the question is: is it worth it to even try to sell her in her current state, or should I just go back to my old routine of giving her a month or two of training from time to time? Given the current price of PLEX, selling her might not even buy enough plex for my others to account for the transfer fee -.-
