I will bid 1.7b he is worth 1.2b acording to appraiser.... FYI Assets can not be added in the price for a character sale.. only implants

And strongly doubt you will get a logistics pilot for this one.

1.7 bil is just not enough, ive seen les skilled orca pilots go for more here
