Best I could come up with is to set my resolution so the client covers both monitors. Then you can offset your ship so it's not in the middle of the break. Since Transgaming can't even get rid of the title bar in windowed mode, it's not something I would expect to see any time soon, even if they do it for the Windows client.

how do you do that? the only resolution i could find in the settings were the ones that my main display supports...

With SwitchResX. http://www.madrau.com/indexSRX4.html

You have to set custom resolutions so the Mac sees them as a default option, that way cider can then see the resolutions since it is limited to the default group of resolutions.

Have you been able to use SwitchResX to define custom resolutions under Lion? Since upgrading my custom resolution says "Not installed" and rebooting does't seem to fix it. I've contacted the SwitchResX developer and am waiting for a response.

Worked great under Snow Leopard, FWIW.
