I am the Special Events Manager for Eve Online Hold'Em
Eve Online Hold'Em (EOH) is a player run service that offers Texas Hold'Em poker for ISK for both fun and profit.

Overview : Starting in October on Friday 5th every weekend in October until Sunday 28th will be a 210m buy-in game(s) on Fri/Sat/Sun; winners go to the final table on Saturday, November 3th at 2100 eve time, Winners of Final are paid based on place. Top 6 places receive isk.

Channels being used for this event are as follows:
EOH Games: the daily tables will be hosted here by me (EOH SandRock) this is an EOH banker channel only for posting.
EOH Tournaments: I will be updating Motd with upcoming times and dates for games. Also put the place payout into that channel; also may ask questions here about tournament.

All isk from the tables played will be split up into 50/50:
Isk for current table(so that each player earns isk as you win)
Isk for Final Table(Prize Pool Pot)

The tournament format is a multi table tournament with 2 stages:

First Stage is daily games.
1. Every day on weekend there will be at at least 1 daily table(s) hosted; Winner(s) of which will move onto Final table
2. Every 3 buy-ins generates a ticket to final table: example 3 buy-ins 1 ticket; 30 buy-ins 10 tickets :
3. Isk places paid on daily will be based on number of players. The Tournaments and Multi-Table Tournaments selection on game info page is the general guidelines for dailies for places/% paid per number of people.

Second Stage is Finals:
1. Max number of seats is 60. Dailies will run until all 60 seats are filled.
2 Top 6 are paid based on % on Prize Pool Pot which is declared at start of finals. and after game has begun the top 6 isk amounts will be posted into game.

This Tournament will not have auctions but will allow seats/tickets to be sold. You may still however play in as many dailies as you wish. Ticket hoarding is an acceptable tactic to increase your chances of winning finals as well as more isk form daily games.
