What do i need the ISK for?
I trade in Eve trade hubs. I profit a lot in Jita 4-4, use eve – market knowledge about market that includes data’s about market older than just 1 year.

With the inject of 20B I can effectively trade more and make more ISK. More means ISK for me and a nice easy profit for the investors.

Terms
1 The bond will start on Nov 10th as long as all ISK has been received.
2 If you wish to pull out before the 30 days you will not receive any interest.
3 First 10% interest will be paid within 48 hours in December 10th. ( or +30 days from start date if loan starts later), next on same term in January and February
4 I will keep you up to date only via eve mail.
5 I will update current list of investors on forum topic.

Risks
~ I do not carry more than 1B ISK worth of items at one time on my alts. (limits the risk of getting popped).
~ No profit - I don't see this happening, if it does then the investment & interest will be paid out of my own pocket.
~ Wardec - my transports alts belong to a NPC's corp.

Q: How to make bond?
A: Contact me using in game mail. Sending investment isk to me I will confirm as investor on forum topic. All posts without investing isk I will report as spam.

Considering heavy spamming I observed in my last post I change my post rules to more in game personal.

A: Kell Tarhun is my main character. My alts and transport account i keep confidential far away from curious eyes for station trading / hauling / freighter.

Q: Will you steal my ISK?
A: I have no interest in stealing or running away with the ISK. I have no reason to do so. Stable business – best profits.

There are several things potential investors look at when evaluating a MD offering:

There are the obviously business-related indicators such as the quality of the business plan, any collateral that might be provided, past track-record, existence of an audit to check factual claims made by the business manager, ... and these might protect to some degree against incompetent business managers or poorly planned scams.

However, the only way to get some idea on the risk of a not premeditated scam (which are fairly common) is to look up whatever you can find regarding the personality of the business manager.

The vetting process (aka "spam") on this board is sometimes seen as one way of gathering such information - how does the business manager react when put on the spot? how does he deal with constructive criticism? how does he deal with trolls? ... It's imperfect but it may allow us to learn something about the manager's frustration tolerance and ability to keep his calm in difficult situations.

Another way to get some idea about the way a player "ticks" is to look at his interactions outside of MD - Do his corpmates (who have usually known him for much longer than the MD community) trust him with important assets or tasks? Has he been involved in emotional drama during his EVE career? Has he betrayed someone's trust before?

for example if you look at this offer and want to narrow some points down wich might suggest a probability off scam it would go like this :

-Lender makes clear that he wants to remove all negative criticism from the thread.As such making it ''seem'' like the offfer lacks no security flaws.

-Lender is in an npc corp.As such he can do as he pleases without retaliation.

-Lender said in a previous bond that his work was supplying for the -A- market , a market where -A- has no foot any more and as such he relies on TEST and friends to be able to use the stations.

-Lender links a previous investment to wich ALL characters who invested where marked as being anonymous.This can happen but it is HIGHLY uncommon and in a lot of cases means someone is trying to build up reputation to work towards a bigger scam/theft using either alts or anonymous investors

-And then we got the link MME also gave above : wich just tops it all off .

And then ask yourself finally if the lender is so keen on removing criticism and stated his past offer was full of ''trolls' then why does he not ask his previous anonymous investors to once aagain invest to save himself the trouble of going through the same thing again.

Towards OP i would want to make clear that i would find it highly unlikely that these posts would be removed as it is the way it allways has gone.Public offfers are open for public criticism.Though i clearly say unlikely and not impossible as with human work comes human errors and as such a moderator who lacks experience in this particular part of the forums could remove posts wich are both valid and NEEDED to keep public funding on the forums a usefull tool and not an outright jita local.

Considering my post was Invaded by spammers and trollers

Let me defend it using out of topic arguments that got nothing to do with topic. My arguments only defend rules that in case of this topic were broken as CCP Falcon allowed 3rd party players to spam my topic

Besides PERSONAL ATTACK means "commonly known as flaming..." There is no single word in CCP FORUM RULES that uses phrase "nasty words". However pointed by you argument of "nasty words" is included with rule number 4" Be respectful of others at all times." THAT I HAVE NOT MENTIONED AS ARGUMENT IN MY PREVIOUS POST.

Could point couple more however break of rules however one is enaugh to prove how trolls took control of MY topic.

Link to eve news site simply proves bellow example of "PERSONAL ATTACK" brake of rules as in that 3rd party web site contains many personal attacks towards me in terms of FORUM RULES

Considering all posts that fallows my topic got nothing to do with statements made by me and are not made by INVESTORS i see even few more RULES OF FORUM THAT are currently being broken in front of CCP Falcon eyes. That propably leads my TOPIC TO BEING LOCKED because of atacks trollers and spammers that made me first to report to ccp and now as i am demanding my FORUM RIGHTS it propably leads to closing my TOPIC as i use argument out of the topic ( to be precise: FORUM RULES):

Statement of CCP Falcon in this particular situation when trollers and spammers post in my topic against me as player and user of this forum make me unable to USE THIS FORUM acording to rules and spirit mentioned in CCP SPITFIRE

I am unable to use my own topic because:

This thread simply abuses me and my future investors as spammers and trollers asked inside many question and statements and currently flaming an answers. There is no investors/owner of topic communication just beacuse current communication inside topic is between trollers/spammers and owner of topic.
What is more trollers and spammers prevent by their statements and actions possibility to make this post between posible investors

Yes we try to make life a living hell for possible scammers here by pointing out the flaws to an offfer.Wich in your case is a huge pile of flaws .You remindd me of my 4 year old son , he also allways lays blame on others and refuses to look to his own short coming.
