He can use all t2 mining crystals and is ready to fly an Orca.

He has a positive wallet and sec status, and had no kill rights etc.

He is in an NPC corp and ready to go.

I will pay transfer fee.

I do have a minimum that I will sell for as he is well skilled miner and industry toon.

Thanks for the feedback there Blanche but he isnt being sold as an Orca pilot. He is advertised as a hulk pilot/miner that can fly an Orca... Hence the much lower b/o price than your auction. Really need them t2 crystals for a miner. You may want to look at that...
