You are done. Roll a new character. Only stuff would be just cure the OCD and get everything to 5, but I would roll something new.

I would think a pure SC character will get limited use.

Options for a toon like this would be:
Leaderships maxed for Fleet Booster ops
Probe skills maxed for exploration
T3 skills maxed for either of the above
Jump Freighter ability
POS defense skills
The other BS V's for other Supers
