That you jump on and use comms as much as possible
There are no minimum SP requirements. the right attitude of members is more our priority.
You will need a PVP/PVE /Industrial Vocation
That you represent the Ideals of the Cartel.
That you listen to and obey FC`s and respect the chain of command.
A willingness to train towards a fleet doctrine
Drama Queens, prima donna's or teen age rants will not tolerated.
That you are a decent human being
