I was just ahem wondering if suicide ganks can be purchased?
Lets say, purely hypothetically of course, that someone wanted to purchase a suicide gank on say a retriever near amarr in a 0.7 system 'roid belt....
How much might something like that cost please?
Just for ***** and giggles :)

Why pay a price more then what it would cost to do it yourself? unless you want to remain unaffiliated to the case, then you should of not posted the system and and ship type in the thread because if said person who got ganked looked here he would find out it was you making the point of remaining anonymous pointless.

Play EvE how you want to play it and do not let others dictate how you play. Evolve your playstyle to protect yourself from others! Even in "PVE", "PVP" is there, lurking in the shadows.

sure they can. what you do is you buy 10 plex, stick them in your frigate's cargo and undock in jita and the gankers will give you 1 gank in return.

You can pay someone in the game to do pretty much anything. The problem is that the cost is going to be pretty unreasonable.

For example if you want me to arrange for someone to kill that barge it'll cost you 250 million.

Thanks for the replies ( sort of )

By suicide I don't mean killing me I mean a suicide ganker. By initiating an unprovoked attack in 0.7 space the attacker loses their ganking ship to concord. That's the suicide bit.

Umm I have no problem with the victim knowing it was me, hence not posting on an alt.
I can't do it myself because I don't have the Eve skills or the button pressing skills, I was wondering how much it cost to sub contract it to someone who had experience in such matters.
The economics of it? I'm happy to pay a bit extra for the smile it will give me to watch the pop. Besides this is only a game it's about fun as well as imaginary money.

I figure someone could make a tidy business out of this. People do it for free already why not get paid for doing it? I imagine the delicious irony of getting miners to pay for the ganking of other miners would very much to some people's refined tastes :)

If anyone fancies raising the signal to noise ratio of the replies here I would be very grateful.

edit : Thanks Xuixien that's exactly what I was looking for. I will be in touch.

If you ever need something like this in or around Hek ... give me a call.

I don't care about the ISK, just pay the ship+fitting and i'll do the rest. ^_^

I enjoy that sort of thing. If the offers above don't work out, contact me. It would cost you a fully fit gank Tornado and something extra for my time. I am happy to let the victim in question know you are the daddy.

Tbh with some people you could probably convince them to do it just by buying them the ship they'd have to use to do it.

If you can think of something that someone may do for ISK, its pretty much guarenteed that someone will accept the job.
I know that we normally charge 25 million + 50 percent value of destroyed ship.

You will also see faster transactions if you name the ship "PLEX Inside"

I have a lover, her name is EVE. I see her every night and all she asks in return is that I have a pilot's license.

How far from Rens is the target system? I don't like traveling to far.

If you do all the leg work -
1) scan his barge so we know what we are up against.
2) buy, fit, & transport all the thrashers/catalyst we would need.
3) Provide a warp in with a covert ops, or just mine next to the target.

I think I could convince some bad dudes to do it for 20 mil each.

Why do people become convinced the best way to stop a miner is to gank him? Hire someone to bump him. This a great solution to both the loss of sec status and the ship. Instead, you pay someone to harass the guy by bumping him away from belts, and following him around. It's worth every penny to frustrate the guy to no end. For added frustration factor, have him bumped for a day before and after a suicide gank. Nothing will throw someone off mining like profit loss and ship losses.

Just wait for the bounty-changes...problem solved...you will not even have to transfer the ganker the money yourself...

TBH my colleague Graff here is right. We used to play Hulk-ball for hours. Two Machariels work really well. Did you know Hulks can reach speeds well over 1k m/s?
