Command Ship, Battleship, or Marauder?

Hello, pilots. I have the ISK and the skills to pilot Command ships, well-fitted battleships, and marauders. Caldari Only for the CS and Marauders. I have extensive missile skills (Torpedo Spec, Heavy Missile Spec. and Heavy Assault Missile Spec. 5).

With the iminent missile changes this December, I'm needing a versatile ship that's able to solo L4s without a sweat, get into HQ incursion fleets, and the ability to PvP occaisionally (Solo or Gang). Currently, I fly a passive-fit Nighthawk with T2 Heavies or T2 Heavy Assaults, but I've been wondering if I should primary in a Raven Navy, Rattlesnake, or Golem. I have decent drone skills - almost to Ogre IIs, and good leadership skills too.

With these options in mind (RNI, Rattler, Golem, and Nighthawk), which one should I choose? Any fit suggestions/ guiding principles that have been seen to be effective in the past would be helpful. Thanks.

One ship for L4s, Incursions, AND PVP? It should be three ships suited for three roles. Otherwise you'll waste money on fitting and destroying rigs.

CS for PvP
CNR for L4s(Fit Cruise Missles)
Dunno which Caldari ships would get you in an Incursion. Shield tanked with missiles aren't favored from what I've heard.

Both Nighthawk and Golem are pretty good for PvP and PvE. But surely only in case you know what you're doing Pirate

The ship that gets you into all 3 (altho you'd actually need multiple hulls because of rigs) is the Machariel. But since you don't have the skills for that, it'd be a long haul.

if you had to pick one, probably Nighthawk, but you should really crosstrain into something with guns, especially for incursions and with incoming HML nerf.

Since you have the isk to spare, go for 3 ships because thats what you need for your list.

CS: PVP
CNR 1: L4s
CNR 2: Incursions

In incursions you will be only valid for one slot being the sniper in larger sites and even then its not optimal.
To try to do all 3 tasks literally in the same ship ... is just plain stupid and wasteful.

I think the only ship which comes close to doing all three (I'm not sure what HQ fleets are looking for) would be the Sleipnir and possibly the Rattlesnake. (The Strats would also do the job I believe but with sub changes).
At present it looks like any BS (with the exception of the Rattler and Domi) is going to have to choose missions very carefully, after the patch - the new NPC AI at present seems to mean that you cannot use unbonused drones to kill frigates (scrambler frigs, ewar frigs...etc).
